Coveralls & Lipstick

Hey guys. Sorry I've been MIA, it's been a hectic couple of weeks.

Just wanted to do a quick post on one of my favourite lipsticks, MAC Violetta lipstick.

MAC Violetta Lipstick

 It's a gorgeous violet/purple shade with a blue iridescent sheen. It's an amplified finish, which means it goes on creamy and smooth and has excellent colour payoff.




Sadly, it's not readily available at MAC Counters because it's a PRO colour. You can get it from any freestanding MAC store or order by phone. It retails for $14.50 in the US and £14 in the UK.


Applied lightly, it's a pretty raspberry shade, but when applied more heavily, the purple really comes out and is just gorgeous. It can be toned down with a light pink gloss or played up with a heavier application and a more purple-toned gloss. Great look with neutral eyes and soft glowy cheeks.




Personally, I like tot pair it with Milani's 3D Glitzy Gloss in fashion Diva.
